Ardroth (2009-01-04)

sergey75 (2009-01-06)

architekton (2009-01-06)

Great torrent. It hooked me up real good! :)
Thx a lot.

Kaos69 (2009-01-06)

Sorry about the language Issue!! I don't have what you need...Sorry! :(

xxxbarndogxxx (2009-01-17)

This would have been great if you hadn't ripped the image from a scratched disc, I doubt this will actually work for anyone. Gets a cyclic redundancy error after formatting drive and loading files completes. Used name brand CD-R and everything worked fine with XP SP2 Retail. Great effort, but unfortunately it doesn't work. Thanks for trying.

xxxbarndogxxx (2009-01-20)

WoW you are real funny Cboi83... But listen here dumbass, I do IT for a living, and this P.O.S. image wouldn't work on an older laptop... Oh and I have a top tier connection if you wanna make comments about my connection type... Try 22Mbps down/3Mbps up dumbfuck, lick my balls. The image sucks, maybe whoever posted it should come out and admit the source disc was SCRATCHED AS FUCK! Dumbasses

xxxbarndogxxx (2009-01-20)

OHHH AND HERE IS THE KICKER!!!! THE DISC WAS YOURS!!! HA HA HA HA YOU ARE A FUCKING LOSER CBOI83, you're disc is GARBAGE!!!

xxxbarndogxxx (2009-01-20)

Oh and hey, CALI sucks and so does your mom, one sucks more than the other but I can't remember which... BTW I do warranty repairs for HP dumbass, if I say the disc doesn't work the disc doesn't work... Maybe on a brand new drive, but not an HP laptop that's a few years old with a less than perfect CD laser. BLOW ME!

ltgmaddog (2009-02-05)

Wow e-pride much?
I'll test this on an HP Laptop "that's a few years old with a less than perfect CD laser." And if that doesn't work I try it on my usb drive... jeez.
bdog why so serious?

iratebay (2009-03-21)

Some of the people (just, Some of them) who dload music/porn from the internet, use xbox/ps2, use ipods/iphones think they do "IT for a living". Some of them even resemble 12yr olds who post back to back comments badmouthing the uploader or other supporters. And if they had ever entered the BIOS during the bootup they think of themselves as ubergeeks and say "I do warranty repairs for HP".
Although here in my side of the earth I and can afford just a 30kbps downspeed, I know for sure that having 22Mbps downspeed does not give one the power to see if the uploader "ripped the image from scratched discs". (Plz dont give us the crc bullsh**)
Atleast the uploader has bothered to upload something. Why dont I see uploads under your userpage, xxxbarndogxxx? Arent you the one with "22MBpsdown/3Mbps up speed"?
PT Note: Why on earth would someone who says "I do warranty repairs for HP" download this 490 mb "OS Restore CD" from piratebay. Does not HP fill the drawers in his as* with all the "Recovery Disc" stuff?

Jacqui36 (2009-03-29)

Hello I was Jetta333 but lost my login password again. Anyway: HERE ARE THE INSTRUCTIONS:
1) burn the ISO using the free "ImgBurn"
2) insert the CD into the CD tray
3) close the CD tray
4) reboot the computer
5) install XP
It worked for me and I didn't need a serial key. I installed it on my Fujitsu laptop which is
KDMWH-KTGDF-PPBPR-JD43W-F476Y
but as I said, it didn't ask for a key

dspie2 (2009-06-05)

Worked perfectly for me. thanks much. Didn't have any trouble. Had to redo damaged laptop without original cds. thanks again

Zedy (2009-08-22)

Downloaded fine, burnt fine, installed fine.
HOWEVER - LIKE ALL THE OTHER FAKES HERE THIS ALSO IS A BLOODY FAKE !!!!!!
A NOTE FOR OTHER ASSHOLES -
When you install a REAL HP XP to a REAL HP PC
the REAL HP XP Operating System will display the HP LOGO and Region Support Contact Details in CONTROL PANEL - SYSTEM - GENERAL.
All you assholes that put these FAKE discs on torrents should have your knackers cut off.

How can I get in touch with you? I'm having issues with my re-intallment. Please reply asap thank you.

nunita (2009-11-22)

I haven't even got it loaded yet but I wanted to say thank you.... I've been searching the planet it seems for quite a while looking for something to help me out.
You didn't just help; this is exactly what I wanted, but didn't even know existed. I'm not sure if it will work because my HP came with Vista, but I'll let you know the result.

Dell Dimension 2350, does anyone know if I'll be able to safely reinstall XP without the registration keys. And if I can't, does anyone know where I can find a possible keygen?

nike246011 (2011-04-18)

you Kaos69 you are my hero right next to Batman and Mr.Six. I appreciated this thanks.

emolater (2011-05-07)

I downloaded it and burned it with ImgBurn but in the burn process when it was verifying it said something about there not being any match from what was burned and what was on my USB where I copied it. I only burned the cd ISO icon. It didnt work to copy over the other files. What is the problem? I tried burning on a cd-r disk and I know it is the right disk for my burn unit cause I have burned on these disks just the other day.

ZeR0kOoL (2011-05-08)

This version DOES NOT work with the OEM product key code on your desktop/laptop...You would need to either sip stream SP3 or find a XP OEM version that does not come with service pack 2 installed... For some reason the OEM codes don't work with SP2 OEM disks. MSCE, MCP, A+, Network+, Security+, CEH, CCNA Just thought this might be a tid bit of information that might help those of you that need to restore windows and are using the most common OEM product key code located on the COA (Certificate of Authentication) on your computer...The only exception is if it specifically says service pack 2 on your COA. Hope this helps. -

For the "IT professionals" out there, fairly new and newer computers from OEM licensees have a onboard SLIC - System License, in non volatile ROM or FlashROM. Its unaffected of a complete BIOS reflash. Its permanently associated with the system.
These are the 3 major components which are required to activate a Microsoft Operating System as an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturing release, meaning the computer manufacturer , and not Microsoft handles the support):
A. A SLIC version which matches the particular Windows Operating System installed.
-SLIC v1.0 or 1.1.0 for Windows XP, 98, ME
-SLIC v2.0 for Windows Vista
-SLIC v2.1 for Windows Vista and Windows 7
B. An OEM SLP Product Key that matches the version of Windows installed.
Retail Keys or Volume Licensing Keys will not work. Thats why VLK users has to use a different Windows install CD. Which they ofcourse already have.
It ALWAYS MUST BE an OEM SLP PRODUCT KEY.
C. A Matching License or Certificate. ALL 3 of these elements must exist or failore to activating windows OEM install.
For curiositys sake, it doesn't matter if somebody removed the OEM key from a computer. If it's from a big maker of computers, they have the license key embedded in the motherboard of the computer.
This is a proper OEM XP SP2 install image. Change language? Well use a MUI install for language.

Sorry for the multiple comments, I'm on a laptop with only GSM coverage in a car moving.....

longword (2011-08-04)

Try it out. Take two about same old XP computers and reinstall. Twice. You will have two different serials on the both computers. Same, no matter how you reinstall. Reading the serial from motherboard. If you have a computer with a known OEM license and are going to clean your system or so, please try the OEM install. But don't change your CPU. CPU is part of this crap on some manufacturers.

PLEASE SEED!
This creates a 32-BIT BOOTABLE CD (once the files are extracted to CD! It worked fine with my HP DC7100!
It installed perfectly on to a 1 TB hard drive that I just formatted in NTFS with nothing else on it.
Yes there were three drivers I need to hunt for but otherwise, this CD provided *everythnig* else I needed to get my system AND OS back!
THANK YOU and RUM FOR ALL!
